Project management of consulting and workshop projects while simultaneously designing workshop presentations, writing and editing activity instructions, development and design of materials such as posters, handouts, worksheets/books, etc...

Design of icons, diagrams, process maps and info graphics for debriefs/research finding reports as well as design and development of project leave-behind materials that communicate the specific and unique outcomes and lessons found during the research.

Marketing: Design of proposals, pitch decks and leave-behinds.

Operations: Writing, design and implementation of online method processes, manuals and logistical materials for production team, researchers and clients.

Development, design and addition of innovative, interactive customer journey research findings tool to the companies offerings.

Sister Agency Sub-Contract, One Year: Full-time with Maxcess Managed Markets to develop and execute brand guidelines for AbbVie’s Standards of Care Program. Program packages for 6 diseases were developed and contained 8 to 12 pieces ranging from single sheet forms to 30 page instructional books to interactive, 50 slide, presentation decks.

Production Coordinator

in-sync Consumer Insights,

May 2011 to December 2013

Background: in-sync is a market research company that focuses on qualitative research solely for Pharmaceutical and Health & Wellness companies.

Project work: Programming word-document versions of online qualitative studies, uploading participant contact details, sending participant introductory and daily emails, offering technical support to participants, moderators and clients, and generating transcripts. 

Laying-out word document versions of 100+ page qualitative survey books in In-Design, printing, binding, finishing with sealed sections, packaging, shipping, tracking, scanning and filing completed books.

Creating stimuli for in-person and web-aided telephone interviews, including taking powerpoint decks and turning them into password protected, interactive, HTML-based websites. Each project's objective is slightly different and therefore form always followed function in order to obtain the most useable information and best user experience.

Formatting and sourcing relevant images for launch (10 for 20 slides) and debrief presentation decks (50 to 200 slides) in powerpoint.

OperationsDeveloped and delivered training for creative team on printers and printing. Specifically focusing on how to work with printers and the different types of printing options.

Successes: Recommendation to improve current work flow, efficiencies and costs developed based on review of current production processes, needs and evaluation of multiple printer manufacturers, accepted and implemented. Project managed the replacement of two large Xerox printers, including the coordination between delivery, office security and the IT department during off-hours so as not to disrupt active work-flows. Developed and delivered all-staff training on new machines and processes.

Duties: Event planning, setup and execution; extensive budgeting for all events and expenses; contract negotiations with artists, sponsors, suppliers and Sault College; attend weekly SAC meetings and mentor class chapter leaders.

Successes: Creation and recruitment of volunteer ‘Street Team’ and as ‘Frosh Leaders’: prepared training manuals, recruitment guidelines and description of duties. Planned and art-directed a marketing campaign for the first ever sold-out Sault College Frosh.
