"Dear Callie,

Over the last few months, Emineh, Hazel and I watched and admired time and time again your work and leadership with the Maxcess account. You've supported multiple projects, multiple managers, and multiple timelines with them, drawing not only on your creative design excellence, but on superb client management skills. You've stayed organized, collected, committed and ever the professional in wading through complex and competing demands with them. You've consistently delivered beyond their expectations and have still found ways, time and energy to contribute on other aspects of our work and to our culture.

From our heart to your's – thank you."
